Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you have the opportunity to Own the manufacturing process (raw material delivery/storage through packaging), including process design and development, implementation, verification/validation, and continuous improvement. You are responsible for: Line Design/Maintenance Raw Material delivery/storage/presentation/kanban (setup, maintenance, continuous improvement) Design/Develop/Procure assembly aids and fixtures Work with Senior Engineers to determine non-technical requirements processing equipment, testing and labeling operations (e.g. quantity, user interface requirements, etc.) Responsible for overall capacity, line balancing (setup, maintenance, and revaluate after changes) Responsible for all aspects of line design and set up including coordinating with partners to get utilities, fixtures, needed equipment and workstations installed Interface with New Product Development (support manufacturing activities: support Advanced Manufacturing Project Manager for New Product Development implementation or product changes/continuous improvement) Design for manufacturability and manufacturing or transfer plans Engineering Builds and Pilot Runs Process Validation Flow Maps, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Master Validation Plans (MVP) Develop and maintain all process validation activities Line Yield Activities Reporting - Participate in monthly product meetings and quarterly quality business reviews Assisting in improvement initiatives Defect Coding set up for Defect Investigation Department Developing / maintaining process documentation (OSS, OMS, DOC, etc.) Training and sign off of operators Line and Defect Investigation support (including Quality Notification review and approval) Process Equipment ownership (where applicable) You are a part of: Manufacturing Operations Team To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, Bio-Mechanical) or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years related experiencepreferred. Experience in the following regulated Industrial/Quality Control/Manufacturing Engineering environmentpreferred.  ISO FDA MDSAP Other International Standards Medical device manufacturing preferred. Have working knowledge, experience and ability to apply the following tools in problem solving approaches: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Design for Assembly (DFA) Material storage/presentation systems to support production processes Packaging and palletizing systems Assembly aids/fixtures Joining fixtures and technology such as heat staking, ultrasonic welding and gluing Process Validation Project Management Experience with AutoCAD and statistical software packages are a plus Technical fit within the organization - the ability to apply technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and understanding of manufacturing equipment to qualify equipment and processes Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills in order to convey complex thoughts in straightforward manner. Ability to work on cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, teaming with upstream suppliers to our process and downstream customers of our process. 281497

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
